I have lived a big life and learned some things along the way. 

I have recovered from life-long depression, alcoholism, and people-pleasing. I have taken half (I am sure) the self-help workshops in the western world, including est (and many seminars), Silva Mind Control, Actualizations, and the Landmark Forum (and many seminars). 

I have had careers in management consulting, massage therapy (practitioner and instructor), and security (actually patrolling!), with plenty of other activities thrown in for good measure.

I have followed spiritual teachers, physical and non, including Kryon, Alcazar, Lynne McTaggart, and Dee Wallace. I studied numerology with Ellin Dodge and Jim Constantine, PSYCH-K® with Joan Cameron, and energy healing with several Reiki masters and Eric Pearl.

I am still learning to live life more aware.
